Hello all,

My availability and Contact(s) are as follow:

Best times to reach me are:  Monday through Friday 7pm - 9pm. 

While, I can also be reached Monday-Friday 8am - 6pm, however, my responses may be delayed.

Your assistance and corporation is needed for the following:

  1. A minimum of three (3) days turnaround is needed to process your requests; and to timely issue your checks. 

  2. Expense reimbursement - Per PTA policy, Expense Form must be submitted with the appropriate receipts (originals) in order to be reimbursed.  Please make sure to include your name and phone number on the expense form.

  3. Receipts over thirty (30) days past the event date will not be accepted for reimbursement. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  4. Deposits – Deposits without a completed and signed Remittance Form will not be accepted. Please count the cash and checks and provide a grand total of your deposit. The total amount of your deposit will be verified and a receipt will be issued in accordance with the verification.   

  5. Deposits are due to the treasurer no later than two (2) weeks after the event/activity.

  6. If possible and only as a courtesy, please convert all coins into bills.

  7. Per PTA policy, no checks will be  made payable to CASH and no blank checks will be issued.

  8. For invoices that need to be paid to vendors, please furnish the hard copy invoice or if unable to furnish a hard copy of the invoice, kindly e-mail a check request with the amount, the payee, scanned invoice and the event/activity for which the check is being requested.

  9. Be reminded to use a Tax Exempt Form when making a purchase as the PTA cannot reimburse for taxes.

  10. For those who are unable to e-mail invoices, they may be texted to my cell phone above.  However, the original invoice must nonetheless be submitted.

  11. The Expense forms will be available on our website at http://www.plazapta.org and MemberHub PTA Board Hub  https://plaza.memberhub.com.  The Remittance form is only available in MemberHub.
